The evening will offer you the chance to discuss how you can use social media to increase customer satisfaction. ASLIB’s spring celebration will comprise of a presentation by Oliver Rolfe, Senior Manager, Global knowledge and Alex Chapel, Global Internal Social Collaboration Lead, both from KPMG. Ceri Hughes, Global Knowledge Business Lead and Rebecca Marsh, Director of Service Development and External Relations at Emerald Group Publishing will both introduce the evening. The evening will include a generous amount of time for networking, drinks and a bit to eat.
