Union Legal Information: An overview
The course will cover the full
range of EU legislation ranging from Treaties to pre-legislative
progress. It will include how to find out how a particular
Directive has been implemented in any specific member
state. For case law, it will take a look at the European
Court of Justice, Court of First instance. Other related
information will also be covered including merger decisions
and tender notices.
