course if booked at the same time as Running
Training and Coaching Session.
Programme Features
This programme
will enable you to design effective training and coaching
sessions. You will find out about the training cycle and
this is used as a framework for the development of effective
training in information and library services. You will
briefly explore learning and individual differences in
learning. This knowledge of people’s approaches to learning
is then used as the basis for designing effective training
sessions using a range of learning and teaching activities
and resources.
