Training and Coaching Session.

Features
This programme
will enable you to deliver and evaluate effective training
and coaching sessions. You will briefly explore the practical
aspects of implementing training and coaching sessions
e.g. financial side of training, selecting a trainer,
health and safety. You will explore working in one-to-one
and small group situations using the principles of coaching
and training. You will also consider how to effectively
run training sessions using ICT. Finally, you will learn
how to evaluate training programmes and sessions.
