Why you should attend:

We all have different needs and performance gaps, whatever the job we do. These 'gaps' can often be filled by training courses. Many courses though, are not specific enough for individuals and often have a 'scatter gun' approach which doesn't address those individuals' requirements. Coaching is the ideal solution to helping people perform to their potential. It is the perfect vehicle for both the individual and the coach in continuous development and relationship building in the workplace and beyond.

This workshop will introduce you to a structured approach but will also give you the tools to take back to the workplace and ensure your success as an effective coach.

On completing the course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify your style of leadership and role as coach
  • Be able to prepare for coaching sessions using the GROW model
  • Provide guidance and support for individuals and help them develop both within their present role and for their next role
  • Set your own goals and objectives for helping others and developing yourself
